Common questions

Is the consultation really free?

Yes, and there is no proposal attached to it unless you ask for one. We would rather spend thirty minutes finding out we are not a fit than have you spend three weeks finding out.

What should I put in the description?

What you are trying to achieve, what is happening now, and anything you have already tried. You do not need a specification — describing the problem is more useful than describing a solution, and it is usually where we add the most value.

Do I have to give a budget?

No. It is optional and it does not change how carefully we read your enquiry. It is only there because if your range and ours are far apart, it saves us both a call.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, before any detailed discussion, and we will use yours rather than insisting on ours. Several of our long-running clients are under NDA, which is why some of our work is described rather than named.
