Privacy Policy
What we collect when you use eye4tech.com or contact us, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to get it removed.
The short version: we collect what you type into our contact form and basic analytics about which pages get read. We use it to reply to you and to improve the site. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list. Email info@eye4tech.com and we will delete it.
Who we are
Eye4Tech Technologies LLC ("Eye4Tech", "we", "us") operates this website and provides software development, integration and infrastructure services. Our engineering team is based in Lahore, Pakistan.
For anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete your data, contact info@eye4tech.com. We are the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, work email address and company. If you choose to fill in the optional fields we also collect your phone number, budget range, project timeline and whatever description you write.
If you book a call through our scheduling link, the booking is handled by Calendly and you provide your details to them directly. We receive the booking confirmation.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. Which pages you visit, how you arrived, roughly where you are (country and city level), your device type and browser, and which buttons and forms you interact with.
- Server logs. Your IP address, the pages requested and timestamps, kept for security and abuse prevention.
- Anti-spam. Our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which assesses whether a submission is automated.
We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, fingerprinting, or social media trackers.
Why we collect it
- To reply to you. This is the only reason we collect enquiry details. Legal basis: your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.
- To understand which pages are useful. Analytics tells us which pages people read and where they give up, so we can improve them. Legal basis: consent, via the cookie banner.
- To keep the site working and safe. Server logs and anti-spam checks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Third-party services
These are the only third parties that receive any data through this website. Each is used for a single named purpose.

How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. If the enquiry becomes a client engagement, contract records are kept as long as the law requires.
- Analytics: 14 months, then automatically expired.
- Server logs: 12 months.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time, and we will.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what data we hold about you, and give you a copy
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete it
- Stop or restrict how we use it
- Provide it in a portable, machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent, at any time, without affecting anything done beforehand
Email info@eye4tech.com. We respond within 30 days and there is no charge. If you are in the UK or EU and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
Our team is in Pakistan and some of our service providers are in the United States, so your information may be processed outside your country. Where data originates in the UK or EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses with our processors.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is stored in an access-controlled database, administrative access requires authentication and is limited to staff who need it, and credentials are rotated when someone leaves. We apply the same security practices to our own systems that we build for clients.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affected your data we would notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date below. Material changes will be summarised at the top of the page.
