E-commerce — the things people ask.

Should we replatform or fix what we have?
Usually fix. A replatform is justified when the platform genuinely cannot express your commercial model, or when licence and hosting costs exceed the cost of moving. It is rarely justified because the admin feels dated. We will tell you when it is not worth it.
Can you keep our SEO through a migration?
That is the part of a migration that has to be planned first. We map every ranking URL to its destination, use single-hop 301s, carry metadata across and monitor Search Console daily after launch. Lost organic traffic is the most expensive migration failure and the most avoidable one.
Do you work on stores you did not build?
That is most of our e-commerce work. We take on existing Adobe Commerce and Shopify stores, including ones with heavy customisation and no documentation, and we start by mapping what is actually there.
Can you handle hazardous goods and freight rules?
Yes. We run hazmat classification, restricted-chemical handling, freight-only product rules and per-package compliance for a US chemical distributor — including the fee logic and carrier constraints that come with it.
What about our ERP?
We integrate storefronts with ERP, PIM and WMS systems over REST, GraphQL, SOAP, flat file and message queue, with reconciliation and retry logic so a failure on either side does not silently lose orders.
