Built for one brand. Adopted by three.

The only endorsement an agency cannot write for itself: the client rolled the platform out to a second brand, then a third.

The situation

KFC Kenya needed visibility over delivery — where riders were, when an order was actually collected and delivered, and what customers should be told about arrival times across a national branch network.

What we found

Delivery performance was being reported after the fact and inconsistently between branches, which made it impossible to manage in the moment or to compare across the network.

What we built

  • Live GPS rider tracking across the branch network
  • Geofenced pickup and drop-off events, recorded automatically rather than entered by staff
  • Arrival-time prediction for customer-facing updates
  • An operations dashboard covering the whole branch network in real time
  • Rollout to Pizza Hut Kenya on the same platform
  • Group-level adoption running multiple brands from one control centre

Where it stands now

Nobody rolls a platform out to a second and third brand if the first one annoyed them. It is the kind of endorsement we could not write ourselves.
